Does anyone know if it is possible to download maps from the subject
databases down to a Colorado 300. Thinking of making the purchase. I have
img2gps software. Does Colorado use compatible file types?

Thanks

Ummmm.... yes. Not sure why you're using img2gps though. Wouldn't Mapsource
be more appropriate?

Partial agreement. Mapsource is a lot easier. But these are old maps and
Metroguide does not give turn by turn when downloaded using Mapsource onto a
60Cx. Turn by turn works with img2gps.

Go figure.

If you want to use MetroGuide with autorouting, then get Metrowizz or
MetroGold: http://www.geodude.nl/community/content/view/15/31/

Its a patch for MetroGuide maps, which gives you the option to "include
route calculation data" when transferring from MapSource. So they will
give turn by turn routing when transferred to the Garmin.

I actually meant Mapsource TOPO 3.0. Now I understand the question. Duh.
Trying to down load Topo and Metroguide to the Colorado.

Thanks for the help.
