| 1. Yes, it will overwrite the existing MapSource, but that should be
fine.
| 2. As long as you have a serial connection (or a serial to USB converter)
| on your PC, yes.
| 3. When you install the new maps, you will have a drop down menu that
| allows you to select your City Navigator OR Metroguide. You select tiles
| from the mapping data that you want to send to the GPS. You mix and match
| and send them all at once, although I don't believe CN NT is compatible
with
| your 76S. Therefore you would select only map tiles from the Metroguide
| maps for the 76S and you could actually send tiles from either or both
| products to the 76CSx (assuming Metroguide does not require an unlock
code,
| I'm not familiar with that product).

| I am a very satisfied 76CSx owner and I have four mapping products
available
| at any time to download to it, my 76CS, or my old blue Legend. You just
| have to know which maps are unlocked to which units and which are
compatible
| with what units.

MetroGuide did NOT need an unlock code
