Is City Select Version 8 still available? Is it good for 2 unlock codes?
If so, does anyone know the cost? I might also be interested in a version
that includes the UK.

City Select for USA last version made was version 7 not 8.

I thought so. I have 7 and saw a reference today to CS 8 and thought I
would ask.

Are you sure the reference wasn't to City Navigator Ver: 8?

Yes. Below is the message copied from this newsgroup that referenced CS 8.
