Does anyone know of the existence of a bicycle mount (handlebar) for the
C330? I've checked around but haven't been able to find anything. Duct
tape?

RAM Mounts makes cradles that will securely hold nearly every model of
GPS receiver on the market. Here is their c330 handlebar mount for the
c330:

I, too, agree about Ram-Mounts - excellent products, quite an extensive line
up too.

Gosh, do they mout GPS devices on bicycles? What lifespan can one expect
with all the rocking vibrations?

My Garmin eMap is still doing well after almost 8 years and about 60k
miles on my handlebars. Garmin makes a handlebar mount for it but
that tends to crack after a few thousand miles so I just use rubber
bands to strap it to the handlebar stem. Most of the RAM mounts do
look sturdier and also absorb some vibration. But the rubber band
method has been working well for me.
