A friend has a 650 and wants to know how to find the
altitude. I have a 750 and nothing on it is even close to
the 650 so I am no help.
TIA

If I am on the map screen,
touch menu, then touch the top left corner where the strength bars are,
you get a screen that shows the satelite signals and in the top middle is
the elevation.
I don't know how accurate it is tho.

Oooops, I thought you meant you didn't know how accurate your
information was and I think you meant you didn't know how accurate the
elevation reading was. I wouldn't say it was very accurate I guess. It will
be close but I couldn't say it is accurate all of the time within a few
feet. Thanks.
