Can anyone confirm if a 4 gig micro SD card will work in the 60csx
model?

No personal experiences to offer, but Garmin says:

Question: Maximum memory card size for X-series units
Answer:

At this time, the 2 GB cards are the largest microSD (Secure Digital)
cards that can be used for the X-series GPS units. However, the
X-series GPS units are not compatible with the San Disk Ultra II cards
and therefore we do not recommend using the Ultra II micro SD cards
with any of the X-series units.

I tried one too. The card works fine, but your mapvolume is limited to
2 GB. I n other words: Cards > 2GB work fine but are unusable.

For what it's worth, I added a 2GB card to mine and loaded the entire City
Navigator North America NT on less than 1 GB of that card. That's all 50
states and all of Canada with more than a 1 GB to spare on that SD card.
Granted, more is probably better but that seems pretty reasonable to me.
