465t traffic update

My Nuvi 465t gives me a message on startup sometimes that the traffic
receiver needs an update. When I click the traffic icon I get a message that
says to plug the traffic receiver in. It IS plugged in, it is part of the
12V power cord that comes with it.

I used web updater with my nuvi and it says it can find no updates except
voce updates.

Does anyone know what I can do to solve this problem?

It's possible that the receiver is buggered without affecting the power
as well, which would call for replacement.

actually - it's Voice and "additional" updates, like traffic, msn, etc -
So - click Next and you'll see the other entries available for updating.
